Foil-Wrapped Dinner

I have to admit, I kind of threw this together as I went along :) Thank goodness it turned out DELICIOUS!

1 lb hamburger meat
1 onion, sliced
Teriyaki marinade
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Foil

Marinade the hamburger meat in the Teriyaki marinade for about an hour or so. Divide into 3 or 4 patties and place each patty on a separate piece of foil. Layer onions on top of the meat patty and then sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and oregano. Grab each corner of the foil and make a cone-like shape. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. When done, you can eat right out of the foil with the meat in its own juices. YUM-O! I served with scalloped potatoes and fresh tomatoes.

Fruit Pizza

1 roll of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Mandarin Oranges
Strawberries
Blueberries
Kiwi
1 pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 cup Sugar

Press the cookie dough onto pan, leaving about 1 1/2"-2" on the edge. I use a pizza stone.Bake using directions on the package. Let cool. Beat cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Spread on top of cookie. Slice strawberries and kiwi thin. Begin by placing a blueberry in the center of the pie. Then surround with mandarin oranges, then strawberries, then oranges, then kiwi, oranges and finally strawberries. I go back and put blueberries in all the "holes." Slice and enjoy!
